Why is there an order minimum [25 pieces] for logoed garments?
We are a wholesale firm, with a quantity discount program geared to clients who typically order in volume. The exception to the 25-piece minimum includes clients who have applied for and been accepted to the School Purchase Program and Community/Club Sports Programs.

Can I order just one garment, since your web site says "1 - 35 pieces" on the first line of the pricing schedule.
You actually can order just one - if its "blank" [non-logoed] and if you submit your order online.   But for customized orders we allow the customer to "mix and match", which permits ordering a variety of garments, style or colors in different quantities - all of which must total 25 pieces.  [Note:  Orders called in to our CSR staff for blank [non-decorated] garments must meet a $50 order total, i.e., before adding in applicable shipping/handling.

Can you give me a price quote for embroidering or screen printing just one garment, provided that I’m willing to pay whatever it may cost? No, because the time requirements of setup and production would make it cost-prohibitive to produce less than the minimum order.

When your site specifies that "art/setup charges" typically start at $50, what does this mean?
There are two parts to the answer here.  For orders involving embroidery, there is a minimum one-time $85 fee to digitize the logo, and this fee is based on the number of stitches in the final embroidered logo.  For screen print orders, there is typically a $50 fee for creating the screen-print art, unless you supply us with logo artwork in the "eps" vectorized format.  For artwork that's not compatible with the Mac-formatted Adobe Illustrator (the "eps" format), our graphic artist must recreate the art.  Also, there is a screen-burning charge of $25 for the 1st screen [color] and $20 for each additional screen/color.

Why does the digitizing fee for logo embroidery seem so high?
Digitizing is a manual process of transferring your art (logo) to a disk that the embroidery machine can read. In most cases our costs are higher than what we pass on to the client.

What are your “rush fees” and how fast can we get our garment order?
Our rush fees will vary depending upon your art work, production (screen print vs. embroidery) and how quickly you need it. Please feel free to contact our customer service team and they will be able to answer your question in specific terms.

Are the "color swatches" shown online an accurate image of the "true" color of the garment?
They are typically quite close to the "true" color, but there are definitely variations.  We do our absolute best to show the colors of our garments as accurately as possible on our sites, but because different computer monitors will display colors somewhat differently, you may well see a difference in the actual garment..

Are the prices on your Web site wholesale prices?
Yes, all pricing on this site is at wholesale, with pricing anywhere from 20% to 80% below retail, depending upon the item, color and quantity.  If you qualify as a reseller [and can provide the State Resale Certificate for your firm] you qualify for a full 10% discount off the "posted" online price, at each quantity level.  [Additional discounts available for higher quantity levels, i.e., above 150 pieces.]

Are your garments "true to size?"  Do certain brands run large [or small]?
Not all garments are "true" to size.  We offer an extremely wide selection of garments and styles, produced by a great variety of mills. Each mill produces its garments according to industry standard but that allows for some variance as between sizes.  The following brands tend to have a generous fit:  Badger, TriMountainWhite Mountain Trader.  The following tend to run small:  Bella, Ladies Anvil, Ladies Devon & JonesLadies Hanes, Ladies Fruit of the Loom, Ladies Rivers End, and selected Augusta styles.  Please order a sample or call our Customer Serivce team for sizing help.   Note:  In ordering Dickies, Red Kap or Garment Corp. of America product please be sure to measure to insure accuracy of ordering and fit.

Do you take C.O. D. orders?
No, we offer clients the ability to pay via credit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express) or pre-payment (cashier’s check or money order).

Are your garments all USA made?
Only those garments showing the "USA Made" icon on the individual product-description page have been produced in the United States. With a large number of other garments, the fabric and thread has also been produced in the U.S., but the garment itself is produced in another country.

Does your youth size come in XS and/or XL?
Yes, many – but not all – youth size garments come in sizes XS and/or XL. Check the "Size" information section of the actual web page describing the garment for the available sizes of that style.

What’s the availability of Ladies’ XS, and of sizes above XXL?
Certain ladies’ garments are available in XS, such as tees and tank tops, and certain sport shirts as well. And, a variety of polo shirts along with certain of the corporate casuals [denim shirts and jackets, for example, are also available in sizes up to 4XL]. Please refer to the "Size" section of the individual product info page for details – both in the "Just for Ladies" and the "Big and Tall" collections on the site.

I'm having trouble checking out when I’m trying to place an order. The system seems to be rejecting my credit card. What’s wrong?
There are many possible reasons, ranging from a problem with server connection, line speed, use of debit vs. credit card, daily limits imposed by certain banks on amount of purchase allowable, and the like. If, after the second try, your transaction simply "won’t process", please call our online order department [1-800-208-4045, Ext. 104] and they’ll be delighted to assist by phone.

Where on your web site can I locate the "good deals"?
On the Home page of the site, look on the left side for the "Featured Favorites" section, scroll down, and you’ll see the "Best Buys" segment of the Web site. Just click on the Best Buys link, or any of the product-detail links, and this will take you to the "deals" currently on-site.   Several departments online also have a set of weekly or monthly "Specials" - look for this in the top-navigation section of the masthead.

Do you ship to foreign countries, and do you accept non-U.S. credit cards?
We do not ship to destinations outside the United States with the exceptions of (1) Canada and (2) merchandise shipped to U.S. military bases [with an APO address, for example].
